Sally Flewelling

EMERGING YOGA TEACHER
(OH AND AN ACUPUNCTURIST & MASSAGE THERAPIST)

Fresh from her 200 hour teacher training, Sally is offering Koha (donation or low cost) yoga classes while she builds up her yoga toolkit. Sally will surprise you on the day with whether you’ll be doing a flow class, a melt class or a mix of the two. Expect to find your yoga ‘edges’, discover your meridians thingies and hear Sally muddle up her lefts and her rights – it all adds to the fun!

Frequently asked questions

How early should I come to class?

You’re most welcome to arrive up to 10 minutes before class. Hang out, get changed, have a tea and say hi to your fellow yogis.

This is my first visit, is there anything I need to do?

It’s a good idea to come 10 minutes before class on your first visit. That’s because we need to collect a little info about you, check yoga is ok for your body and note any injuries. You’ll then sign our waiver form. Coming a little early enables you to then sink easily into your mat.

I’m pregnant, can I still attend a class?

In your second trimester? Then come join in. We have lots of bolsters, blocks and blankets to help you safely practice at OM.

Can I get changed before/after class?

You’re welcome to change in our bathroom before and after class. At the moment, we do not offer shower facilities. (Our classes aren’t really sweaty-betty affairs, so you should be good to go, straight after class).

Help, I need to cancel!

If you need to cancel your class, no worries. Just let us know 24 hours beforehand. You can use the cancellation link in your class confirmation email or get in touch
